This View in Kalorama features an eclectic and abundant mix of classical & modern artworks and antiques thoughtfully displayed and carefully curated over many decades. The core of Robert Heggestad's collection comprises of a mix of paintings acquired through gallery visits with his dear friend Olga Hirshhorn, African masks, and works by the contemporary American painter Sylvia Schuster. The extensive European, Asian and Pre-Columbian works are presented salon-style in a jewel-toned entertaining space created by British interior designer Anthony P. Browne.
